You will need the following identification:

When can I get my ID?
Stop at the library during regular hours to get your photo taken and have it printed. It only takes a few minutes! You'll also get a handout about what you can use your ID for.
Students may also submit an online request for their student ID! When submitting the form, you MUST include a current photo of yourself. IDs can be picked up at either campus library or any of NICC's Centers. IDs can also be mailed to an address on file at the college.
What's with the stickers?
Each semester you attend NICC and pay an activities fee, you may obtain a sticker for your ID card. Showing your ID card with a current semester sticker entitles you to discounts at some local businesses and facilities. Please contact the NICC Student Life office for more information.
If an ID card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, a duplicate card can be purchased in the Library. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for each replacement card issued. Cards with errors or incorrect information on them will be replaced at no cost.
Am I eligible for a Clinical Badge?
Students in these programs may request clinical badges: Cosmetology; Early Childhood; EMT; Health Information; Medical Assistant; Nursing; Practical Nursing; Radiologic Tech; & Respiratory Care.
Students must show proof of current enrollment in one of the above programs.
Where can I get my Clinical Badge?
You may request and receive a clinical badge in person at either campus library. Clinical badges may also be requested using an online form, but you must pick up your badge at the library.

NICC ID Cards for Employees
(1) NICC new employees may have their supervisor accompany them to the library to obtain their NICC ID card, which is also their library card.
